Welcome to Ergongzi Rose Garden, where we take great pride in cultivating vibrant and robust plants in the heart of Texas Austin. Our team nurtures each rose with meticulous care and love, ensuring their health and vitality.

We use FedEx /USPS Priority Mail /UPS for the shipments and find out that there are very rare occasions that roses arrive in a condition we would find unacceptable. When that happens, please contact us. We will examine each request for a refund or replacement on a case by case basis. Thank you so very much for supporting us. 🫰

Store polices: Once the order is placed. We will go ahead and prepare for it. Make for order items are not eligible for cancel order or refund. Please be aware before placed the order. 🫶

Shipping

Regarding shipping, please note that orders placed in 2025 will be shipped from late October to early spring of 2026. If you require your order to be shipped sooner, please leave us a note or contact us directly and we will work with you to accommodate your needs. We use USPS priority mail /UPS /FedEx for our shipping services, which typically takes 2-3 business days to arrive at our customers' locations.
